An additional living area next to the kitchen has a 50 cable TV and seating for three.

The family room on the lower level has more space for your group to spread out. Watch shows on the 50 TV while relaxing on the sectional. Mix drinks at the twoseat wet bar equipped with a beverage fridge before stepping out to the pool deck.
