Villa #35 features an open-concept floor plan with a bright island feel, a comfortable living space, and a well-equipped kitchen. An upstairs primary suite features a queen bed and has a private lanai, while a downstairs primary suite features a king bed has a seating area, patio access, and a soaking tub. A third bedroom also has its own full bathroom with twin beds.

Wake to the sounds of tropical birds and enjoy your morning coffee in one of the peaceful outside seating areas. The lush landscaping surrounding the condo will make you think you've escaped to another world! The Villas of Kamalii grounds also include a community pool, hot tub, and barbecue grill for guest convenience.

Ideally located in Princeville on the north side of Kauai, Villa Nani offers convenient access to Pu'u Poa Beach at the St. Regis Princeville Resort, Hideaways Beach, the Queen's Bath tide pools, and the Princeville Makai Golf Club. Both Princeville Center and the quaint town of Hanalei provide shopping and dining options close by.
