Almost every room in the home shares the same high-vaulted ceiling design as well as an open floor layout for the common spaces, creating an airy atmosphere throughout the entire unit.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a number of stainless steel appliances, storage space and Granite countertops with a bar area and 4 stools. With visibility outside onto the tropical landscape, as well as full accessibility to the open common area, chefs can whip up a scrumptious fresh meal while simultaneously entertaining guests. The open common room includes a dining table that seats up to 6 and a small beverage station off to the corner. It also includes a living room area that is stylishly furnished with a variety of chairs and couches, as well as a large flatscreen television for a cozy night of entertainment. Ceiling fans in the common area keep this space cool and breezy throughout the day.

The primary bedroom is outfitted with a King bed, views to the golf course, direct access out to the lanai and an ensuite bathroom which includes a walk-in shower, dual vanities and a soaking tub.
