This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps up to 6 guests and is situated on a quiet cul de sac in the resort community of Princeville on the island of Kauais North Shore. Enjoy beautiful lake views over the Princeville Makai golf course and spectacular Hawaiian sunsets each evening. Almost every room in the home shares the same high-vaulted ceiling design as well as an open floor layout for the common spaces, creating an airy atmosphere throughout the entire unit.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a number of stainless steel appliances, storage space and Granite countertops with a bar area and 4 stools. With visibility outside onto the tropical landscape, as well as full accessibility to the open common area, chefs can whip up a scrumptious fresh meal while simultaneously entertaining guests. The open common room includes a dining table that seats up to 6 and a small beverage station off to the corner. It also includes a living room area that is stylishly furnished with a variety of chairs and couches, as well as a large flatscreen television for a cozy night of entertainment. Ceiling fans in the common area keep this space cool and breezy throughout the day.

The primary bedroom is outfitted with a King bed, views to the golf course, direct access out to the lanai and an ensuite bathroom which includes a walk-in shower, dual vanities and a soaking tub. The second guest bedroom also includes a King bed, views to the golf course, lanai access and access to the ensuite bathroom. The third guest bedroom has a trundle bed with two twins, closet space and washer and dryer installed in the room. All bedrooms come with air conditioning for optimal temperature control and comfort throughout your stay.

The expansive covered lanai is the perfect place for a large group to gather and socialize on their tropical getaway. Overlooking the greenery of the golf course, this lanai is equipped with a BBQ grill, various seating arrangements, an outdoor fire pit, and even a jacuzzi so rain or shine this north-facing outdoor patio can accommodate a number of fun family activities that are sure to create many worthwhile memories.

Wai Puna is a short drive to the Princeville shopping center where guests can access groceries, restaurants, shops and more. Explore the many amazing beaches and coves within Princeville, venture beyond to nearby Hanalei Beach or Anini Beach for some snorkeling, or take an adventurous day trip out to the unforgettable Na Pali coast or the incredible Waimea Canyon. Wai Puna is just under an hour to downtown Lihue as well as the Lihue International Airport.
