Just five miles up the road, visit Maalaea to catch a snorkeling boat at the marina or to visit the Pacific Whale Foundation or the Maui Ocean Center, the Aquarium of Hawaii. South Kihei road will take you into Kihei Town about two miles away, where youll discover several restaurants, food trucks, grocery options, and additional beaches. And just a little over eight miles south is the resort area of Wailea, which offers some of the best golf courses, restaurants, and snorkeling spots on the island.
