There are three bedrooms, three baths and a den with a bed. Kailua Beach is a 2-minute walk down the street. Just installed Split unit Air Conditioning for all rooms/areas! The home has one exterior camera pointing at the carport for security and safety reasons
**All homes come with a starter set of paper supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags. Should you run out, it is the guest's responsibility to supply themselves for their stay.
**ALL QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9 PM - 8 AM. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS; THEY DO HAVE TO ATTEND WORK/SCHOOL.
The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days, and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to the guest upon booking. All rates quoted will be based on a 30-day period.
An additional fee of $100.00 a night per person will apply for groups numbering more than 6 guests with a maximum of 8 guests.
