Step into the large and open-concept main room that connects the kitchen, dining area and living room. With tall ceilings, bright and ambient lighting, ceiling fans and a wealth of natural sunlight, this is the perfect space for your entire party to come together for cooking and sharing meals, entertainment, or just hanging out. The spacious kitchen is outfitted with a number of modern stainless steel appliances as well as granite countertops, a central island with barstools, and sleek wooden cabinets. The dining area includes a table set for 6, and the living area includes ample seating options, a large television set, and access to the large and covered lanai (porch) with several lounge chairs from which you can gaze upon the lush golf course greenery.
The first master bedroom includes a King bed, television, partial ocean and golf course views, and a private ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and granite countertops. The second master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, television, desk area, garden views, and an ensuite bathroom with granite countertops and a shower/tub combo. Accompanying this bedroom is also a cozy workspace area as well as the in-unit washer and dryer. The guest bedroom includes a Queen bed and access to the shared guest bathroom with granite countertops and a shower/tub combo.
