THINGS TO KNOW
Hanalei Bay Resort fees are due at checkin to the resort and are collected by the front desk. These include a onetime fee of 50 per reservation, a 22 a day resort fee, and a 17 fee per car a day for parking.
Internet provided by Hanalei Bay Resort does not support streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.
Due to staffing shortages caused by the Covid19 Pandemic, the hotel restaurant and bars may be periodically closed.
