Condo features a window AC in the master bedroom (with timer) and a window AC in the living room. Although though this condo does not have a built-in oven it does have a large counter top oven which can bake two 12 inch pizzas or an 8lb chicken. One parking stall is assigned to unit. Stairs only to this second floor condo (no elevators).

1. Kaanapali Beach Black Rock Beach: generally calm conditions, excellent swimming, and snorkeling walking trail off the beach
