Kailua Private Home Rental Description

As you enter the home, you walk into the living/family room, then straight ahead is the sliding door leading to the outdoor pool area. There are three bedrooms, three baths and a den with a bed. Kailua Beach is a 2-minute walk down the street. Just installed Split unit Air Conditioning for all rooms/areas! There are exterior cameras on the property for security and safety reasons if you would like camera above pool covered please let us know and we will take care of that. Cameras are also turned off during rental stays and turned back on when houses are empty.
**All homes come with a starter set of paper supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags. Should you run out, it is the guest's responsibility to supply themselves for their stay.

**ALL QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9 PM - 8 AM. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS; THEY DO HAVE TO ATTEND WORK/SCHOOL.

The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days, and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to the guest upon booking. All rates quoted will be based on a 30-day period.

An additional fee of $100.00 a night per person will apply for groups numbering more than 6 guests with a maximum of 8 guests.
