Amenities in the complex include a nice-sized swimming pool and two sun/bbq decks, both offering beautiful views of the ocean, wonderful sunsets, Alii Drive, Mokuaikaua Church, and Hulihee Palace, the royal summer homea great place to watch the parades, Ironman, canoe races, and swimmers at the pier.
Some of Konas most popular restaurants and shops are within a few minutes walk, as is easy ocean access/activities at Kamakahonu Beach and historic Ahuena Heiau.
One parking space is available for use in the underground parking garage, and there is an elevator to bring you to your condo. The condos front door is conveniently located near the top of a flight of stairs, just one floor up, or you can use the elevator.
