Wake up in paradise in your two bedroom two bath ocean view condo with spacious 214 sq ft lanai. Privacy is enhanced by a lush greenbelt outside of this ground floor garden unit, with fruit trees, tropical birds, flowers, and friendly geckos in the garden. Enjoy Kona's world famous sunsets each night from the master bedroom, while dining on the private lanai or from the shared salt water pool & grill area. Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul de sac, yet conveniently close to all the shopping, dining, entertainment, and professional services that Kailua-Kona has to offer.

Master bedroom faces the lanai and features an ocean view from the king size bed with private bath ensuite. This first floor unit can be reached through one flight of stairs from the parking area, or with no stairs using the gentle sloping sidewalk through the garden setting. You can temporarily pull up directly in front of the unit at the end of cul de sac to easily unload luggage, stroller, groceries, or those who cannot walk up stairs, then park the car in the dedicated spot to avoid 1 flight of stairs.
