Air Conditioning is only available in the Living Room & Master Bedroom as Portable AC units. There is no AC unit in the Guest Twin Bedroom.

The pool area is located beside the sea wall, so guests can enjoy a peaceful swim just steps away from the crashing surf. Hot tub, Communal BBQ area and Tennis Court available for guest use!

Kona town is just a short drive from Sea Village Kona. Kona town offers a large choice of restaurants, stores and art galleries. Most of the Big Island activities depart from Kona town.

From $300 per night. $200.00 down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $209.42 cleaning fee. Depending on dates of booking, additional fees may apply. 4% processing fee.
