Within a halfmile stroll, youll find the Kona Farmers Market, Kailua Pier, wonderful restaurants, several markets for your grocery needs, and a number of shops and recreational outfitters. When its time to hit the beach with the provided boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrella in tow, Keiki Beach, Kailua Beach, and Honls Beach are all within one mile.

Begin each morning with a mug of Kona coffee, an alfresco breakfast, and a panoramic view outside on your lanai. Save the rest of the day for relaxing downstairs, whether youre taking a dip in the outdoor pool or barbecuing in the grilling and picnic area.

Inside, a mirrored entryway leads into a bright, open, and breezy living space, where you can bask in the comfort of air conditioning or slide open the floortoceiling lanai doors to let in the fragrant, tropical breeze. Its a space equipped with every comfort, including a kitchen with updated appliances, both a breakfast bar and a glasstop dining table, and a cable TV for nightly movies. Theres a second TV with Chromecast only in the bedroom to lull you to sleep.
