New wooden flooring installed, the condo boasts a modern designer kitchen, a large private master bedroom and onsuite bath, 2 twin beds in second bedroom with adjacent guest bathroom (twin beds can be converted to a king bed), and a spacious open plan living and dining area, which flows through to the lanai. Living room also includes a Memory Foam Sleeper Sofa. Designer furnished with high end furnishings all included in the price. Lanai has a brand new BBQ grill that replaced the older unit.

Amenity Resort Fee- Effective for 2023 resort fee is $25 a day includes use of restaurant, ocean fitness center, & pool and jacuzzi. This resort fee would be paid direct to Halii Kai upon check in.
