Located in the tranquil Waikoloa Villas community, this threebedroom, threebath condo boasts lanai views of the ocean and the 9th hole of The Village Course. Spend sunny days between the beach and the onsite amenities which include heated pools, hot tubs, tennispickleball courts, and a Robert Trent Jones Jr.designed golf course.

Soaring 18foot wood ceilings, picturesque windows, and a set of sliding glass doors detail the openconcept living area. After beach days, cozy up for movie nights on the smart TV. The sparkling new kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Homecooked meals can be enjoyed at the sixperson table or bar.

This condo sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The primary suite offers golf course views, a king bed, a TV, and lanai access. The ensuite bathroom has a walkin shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the adjacent guest bathroom has a tubshower combination. Open to the living area below, the third bedroom is a loft appointed with two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a walkin shower. The loft may receive natural morning light from the living area windows.

The lanai is sure to wow with its sunset views over the 9th green of the fairway. You can even see the deep blue of the Pacific Ocean. Community amenities include two allseason pools heated, one saltwater lap pool heated, hot tubs, and poolside cabanas and grills. Enjoy free WiFi and a private washerdryer. Beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella are also provided in your rental. Unassigned parking is available for one car in the parking lot. Additional street parking may be available on a firstcomefirstserved basis. This condo has a twostory layout. Elevators are not available. Walk to the Waikoloa Highlands Center for convenient shopping and dining. Visit a handful of incredible beaches within a 20minute drive.
