Conveniently located right on the bay with an unobstructed ocean view, you won't want to leave after staying at this Kona Ali'i retreat. Crossing the street puts you at the water's edge and close to Hale Halawai Park, which features a rocky beach, a pavilion, and a grassy area, perfect for scenic picnics. You're also right in the heart of Kona, giving you unparalleled access to beaches, parks, fishing charters, and a plethora of local restaurants to sample. Fields close to the beach serve as lovely places to take the kids to frolic as you relax.

Inside, the openconcept living area provides plenty of room for comfortable lounging while keeping conversations going with the group chef as they prepare something in the full kitchen. The Keurig there will handle all your coffee needs and the shared gas grill is great if you'd rather sear your meals for a change of pace. Though it may be tempting to watch TV inside, the furnished lanai lets you feel the warm air while you stare into the sparkling ocean waters. As the sun goes down, take turns using the telescope to get an even better view of the picturesque landscape.
