Painting of this complex is scheduled for January 23, 2023 February 3, 2023, on the front side of the building. March 16, 2023 March 28, 2023, painting will take place on the back side of the building. The lanai may not be useable from March 16, 2023 March 28, 2023, due to painting.
The pool will be closed for the entire month of October 2023 for the replastering of the pool and for pool deck repairs that are needed after the earthquakes last year. The BBQ grills, restroom, and cabana will remain accessible.
