This gardenlevel condo sits on the edge of the golf course at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, just across the parking lot from the community pool, hot tub, grills, and gym. You can walk quartermile south to shop, grab a beer, or peruse the weekly farmers market at Kings Shops, or head less than a mile north to check in for a round at the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. Waikoloa Beach is directly in front of the Marriott less than a mile west, and the Lava Lava Beach Club awaits onemile southwest.
